We understand that it is difficult to concentrate considering the current circumstances and that not all of us are regular fitness enthusiasts. So, we have created the #Ramadan5KChallenge!
Doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or a professional runner, or if you have never walked into a gym - You’ll be able to work out without leaving home and stay in shape.
How does it work?It’s simple.
We will give you access to a 21 days training plan to follow at home, which will include body conditioning sessions and even yoga!
You will also have access to live training sessions with our expert coaches for extra motivation and will get points for each session you attend!
You can then exchange those points for ASICS prizes.
How can I participate?It’s easy.

- 2. Fill in the sign in form and choose ASICS Ramadan 5K Challenge
- 3. Check your training calendar and the live sessions dates/time
- 4. Attent the live Zoom training sessions with our expert Coaches
- 5. Earn points for each live training session that you attend
What is the training plan?
There are 11 training sessions as part of the Challenge, which will be spread across 3 weeks.
The training plan will mainly focus on body conditioning exercises and keeping your body fit. It’s advised for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced gym goers.
By the end of these training sessions we will also be holding a virtual 5K run, to celebrate your achievements!
How do I join the live training sessions?
All live sessions will be livestream through Zoom, so first you will need to download the app:
And voila, now you just need to go to the training task and click on Attend Live Training
PS - When the training session starts, do not forget to switch on the camera. When it is over, the record appears on the website.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for each live training session that you attend.
You'll get the maximum number of points if you attend the live-training.
You'll get 80% of the maximum number of points per a training session that you'll go through and send us to the chat-box.
Free access to training sessions given by our expert coaches
Each of the sessions will be available live through Zoom, so you can interact with our coaches and other participants and get extra motivation
We will also add a couple of Yoga sessions too
